Group discussions on key elements in teamwork and leadership
Last Friday Crow hosted a special leadership seminar for student leaders. The selected group of 32 participants were from Cabramatta high school.
In an intense two hour session Master Craig guided the young participants through the basic skills of leadership and teamwork as well as goal setting strategies. The students had to identify key elements in leadership and teamwork, learn about strategies and group tactics and set their individual goals and present them with confidence.
On top of all that Master Craig ensured a physical component through teaching and practicing basic Martial Arts components.
In the end all students took away a lot, learning new skills, improving their leadership skills and developing a team environment.
