Teens and Adults
Crow has a specially designed program for teens and adults that encompasses the majority of martial arts skills. The program is directed to beginners and intermediate level practitioners and requires no prior knowledge in Martial Arts. Participants will learn a wide range of techniques from different styles of Martial Arts in a diversified and interesting training session. The program is carefully structured to build up your skill set and maximise the learning process.
You will benefit in many ways including positive long term effects on your life and health, by feeling fitter, stronger and living a more active and fulfilling life.

When are the classes?
Monday - 7.30pm to 8.15pm
Wednesday - 7.30pm to 8.15pm
Friday - 6.45pm to 7.45pm
