Crow offers a tailored Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children from 8 to 14 years of age. In our children`s classes we develop the basic skill set for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and offers a wide variety of self-defence techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a non violent form of fighting with its main emphasis on grappling and submission holds. Kids will learn how overcome a larger and stronger opponent by using leverage and technique, thereby enabling them to effectively defend themselves when confronted with a bigger attacker.
Children will learn in a positive and safe environment, that encourages them to give their best. Our teachers are highly qualified and have longtime experience in training children.
